With the Decree of the President of the Regional Council n. 483 of 9 August 2017, the Organization Act for the implementation of the 2014-2020 ESF-FSE Operational Program was adopted.

This act regulates, in implementation of Regulation (EU) n. 1303/2013, of Regulation (EU) n.
1301/2013, of Regulation (EU) n. 1304/2013, of the Delegated Regulation (EU) n. 240/2014, of
Regulation (EU) n. 966/2012, of the Partnership Agreement (AdP Italy) 2014-2020, approved with Decision C (2014) 8021 of 29 October 2014, the management system for the implementation of the ERDF Operational Program - ESF 2014-2020 of the Puglia Region approved by the Regional Council with provision n. 173.5 of 6 October 2015 following the Decision of the European Commission C (2015) 5854 of 13 August 2015, also for the purpose of its integration with the general organizational structure of the Regional Council pursuant to DPGR 31 July 2015, n. 443 and ss.mm.ii..
